Leone Connect Publishing is the sole operational publisher on this platform. This guide explains its internal Publisher Workspace. Authors work directly with Leone Connect; other publishers are not being onboarded as partners. Historical publisher credits remain unchanged.

Internal team access and verification

Internal workspace access requires a separately approved account, recorded staff authority and a defined Leone Connect Publishing scope.

Use only the individual workspace account assigned to you by an authorized Leone Connect administrator.
Confirm that the workspace is assigned to Leone Connect Publishing and that your role, permission date, catalogue scope and authority evidence are recorded.
Use a date picker wherever an agreement, consent or permission date is requested.
An authorized administrator reviews the evidence and account connection; credentials are not sent automatically.
Use the internal sign-in route supplied by Leone Connect; use account recovery rather than sharing another team member’s login.

What happens next

The approved account reaches only the assigned internal Publisher Workspace. This is not an external-publisher registration route.

Review the catalogue and titles

The workspace separates existing public records, bulk proposals and private review history.

Open Your catalogue and search for the title.
Check cover, title, subtitle, ISBN, contributors, roles, edition, publication date and approved sales route.
Use the individual correction or bulk catalogue proposal for changes.
Attach or cite approved source material; do not paste passwords or confidential contracts into descriptive fields.
Submit and follow the review status. Public records do not change automatically.

What happens next

Leone Connect can apply an approved, auditable correction without relabelling historical books as Leone Connect publications.

Connect authors responsibly

A title can credit several contributors, and an author can have books with several historical publisher credits.

Choose the existing author profile when it is clearly the same person.
If no profile exists, propose a new contributor record with identifying evidence.
Record the exact role: author, editor, illustrator, translator, contributor or another supported credit.
Do not connect an account to an author without identity review; catalogue credit and account access are separate.
Request correction when an author relationship ends or a credit is disputed; do not erase the historical audit trail.

What happens next

Public credits remain accurate while each author keeps an independently verified account and complete identity.

Approvals, permissions and managed services

Leone Connect staff can assist only within recorded authority.

Define the exact titles and tasks Leone Connect may manage.
Record who granted authority, their role, the date, evidence reference and any expiry.
Review covers, descriptions, links and campaign material before public release when the agreement requires it.
Use managed services for paid editorial, design, layout, catalogue preparation or launch work; staff use their own accounts.
Withdraw or revise authority through the governed correction route.

What happens next

Service work remains traceable and does not transfer copyright, publishing ownership or commercial control.

Commission an Audio show or episode

Audio Studio gives the authorized Leone Connect publishing team a scoped route into production planning.

Open Audio Studio in Publisher Workspace.
Choose a show brief or a book-connected episode brief and use professional customer-facing copy.
For an episode, choose only a book already in your governed catalogue and select a connected show or name the proposed new show.
Record format, language, proposed contributors and private production notes; do not paste contracts, credentials or payment details.
Follow the private status after submission. Leone Connect may return the brief for revision or prepare draft production records.

What happens next

The internal team can initiate accountable production planning within its assigned scope, without a public release switch.

Important boundary

Draft preparation does not approve a master, transcript, rights, distribution, schedule, product, payment or publication.

Proposals, payments and receipts

When handling an author’s service request, review the agreed proposal before directing the client to its approved payment route. Do not pay on the client’s behalf.

Review the service, deliverables, exclusions, fee, schedule, revisions and proposal expiry.
Confirm the client’s acceptance and authority before work proceeds.
Use the proposal’s approved PayPal, Orange Money or AfriMoney instructions; never pay from an unsolicited message.
Include the exact proposal or payment reference.
Open the receipt from the commercial pipeline or request it with the same reference.

What happens next

Payment can be matched to the approved proposal without opening general book commerce.

Important boundary

Payment never guarantees manuscript acceptance, publication, favourable coverage or a review outcome.

Read revenue statements and payout progress

Publisher Workspace shows only Audio allocations tied to the verified publisher profile.

Open Earnings from Publisher Workspace.
Review each currency independently; unlike currencies are never combined.
Available is recorded but unbatched, In process is reserved for payout review, and Recorded paid has an external provider reference on file.
Refunds and reversals remain visible as compensating entries rather than altering the original sale.
Raise a discrepancy with the relevant agreement, title, period and currency through the secure Contact route.

What happens next

The internal team receives a scoped commercial statement without another beneficiary’s data or a full payment destination.

Important boundary

Leone Connect verifies routing separately and stores only a masked last-four hint in WordPress.

Use Audio audience and conversion reports

Publisher Workspace limits reporting to episodes connected to the verified publisher profile.

Open Audience & conversion from Publisher Workspace.
Review starts, completions, connected-book opens and listening-offer opens over the stated period.
Compare episode rows to improve summaries, transcripts, chapters, calls to action and offer presentation.
Read paid events and recorded net amounts separately for each currency.
Use the report as directional publishing evidence, not a unique-listener count or advertising attribution report.

What happens next

The internal team can connect listening to publishing interest and recorded Audio commerce without receiving customer identities or records outside its approved scope.

Important boundary

Book opens and offer opens record deliberate first-party actions; they do not prove that a purchase occurred.

Team, referrals and security

Every person should use an accountable, least-privilege identity.

Do not share one workspace password among staff.
Ask an authorized administrator to restore lost access or approve an individual internal team account with the required scope.
Use Referrals only for people or organizations that expect the introduction.
Use Experience review for a verified relationship; public display is moderated and optional.
Sign out from shared devices and report personnel changes promptly.

What happens next

The internal publishing team preserves operational continuity without weakening the audit trail.

Troubleshooting

If the expected result does not happen

Use the matching recovery step before submitting another request or creating another account.

A manager lost access

Use account recovery or ask an authorized administrator to review the internal team assignment. Do not share another team member’s credentials.

A title or contributor is missing

Use the catalogue proposal with the ISBN, exact credit, approved cover and authority source. Account access and contributor identity remain separate reviews.

A catalogue change has not appeared publicly

Check the private proposal status. Public records change only after Leone Connect review and the required publisher or rights evidence.

A payment or receipt cannot be matched

Provide the proposal reference, payment reference, amount, route and date through Contact; never send a PIN, password or full account credential.

An internal publishing Audio statement looks wrong

Identify the title, currency, cutoff period and governing revenue agreement. Do not send a full payment destination; Leone Connect verifies routing outside the workspace.
