Assets that require permission
- Book covers, interior pages, illustrations and photographs
- Author or contributor portraits, biographies and interview extracts
- Leone Connect Publishing names, logos and brand assets
- Audio, video, recordings, performances and transcripts
- Long quotations, adaptations, translations and promotional derivatives
Approved media materials
An approved media kit may state which supplied files can be used, for what purpose and during what period. Use only the supplied version, preserve its proportions and metadata, and reproduce the required credit exactly.
Do not materially crop, recolor, retouch, animate, synthesize or combine an asset with misleading content unless the written permission expressly allows it.
What to include
- Publication, programme, outlet and responsible editor or producer
- The title, contributor or Leone Connect material concerned
- The exact asset, excerpt or information requested
- Purpose, format, audience, territory, language and publication date
- Deadline, interview format and any accessibility requirements
Restricted uses
Do not use website or media-kit material for merchandise, advertising, political endorsement, deceptive presentation, biometric processing, model training, datasets or synthetic-media generation without specific written permission from the relevant rights holder.
