Find and play public media

Use the Media Centre for all first-party press, podcast and video routes.

Open Podcasts or Videos.
Choose an episode or feature by title, topic or connected record.
Use the native audio player or approved video embed.
Open the transcript for reading, accessibility or reference.
Follow related-record links back to the catalogue, author or publisher page.

What happens next

You receive the media and the publishing context together.

Follow official records and review Audio updates

Signed-in readers can build a private release feed from explicit first-party follows.

Sign in, then follow an official show, author, book or publisher from its public Leone Connect page.
Open My Audio from the Podcasts entrance to reach the dedicated private listening workspace.
Review New Audio from records you follow; only public-ready releases published after the follow appear.
Use Mark updates reviewed when you have checked the current feed. The review state follows your account across devices.
Unfollow from the official record with the required confirmation when you no longer want its releases in the feed.

What happens next

The feed stays useful without profiling listening history, searches, purchases, bookmarks or private notes.

Download or remove private Audio account data

Signed-in listeners control the synchronized Audio state attached to their own Leone Connect account.

Open My Audio and choose Privacy and portability.
Use Download my Audio data to save a JSON copy of synchronized listening, explicit follows, poll choices, private-feed metadata and commercial access records.
Choose Review data removal to open the second confirmation step.
Select only the private listening categories you want removed, confirm that the change cannot be undone, then apply the removal.
Use the standard WordPress personal-data request route for an account-wide privacy request.

What happens next

Self-service removal never deletes orders, receipts, active purchase access, revenue allocations, payout evidence, published content or aggregate non-identifying analytics.

Use purchased Audio access

Confirmed Audio purchases appear in the private library attached to the customer account used for the order.

Sign in with the same Leone Connect account used at checkout.
Open My account, then My Audio Access.
Review each active episode or show grant and its displayed expiry date.
Open released listening pages from the library; an unreleased record remains identified as unavailable to the public.
Use the order number when asking Leone Connect to reconcile missing access.

What happens next

The account shows only current rights and never exposes the private Google Drive master or a payment credential.

Manage a private podcast feed

An eligible customer can create a revocable private-feed address for a podcast application.

Create a credential only from My Audio Access and give it a recognizable device or application label.
Copy the address when it is shown; Leone Connect stores only a one-way hash and cannot display the same secret again.
Treat the address like a password and never post it publicly.
Rotate the credential if it may have been exposed; confirm the rotation and update the podcast application.
Revoke a credential you no longer use. The action requires a second click and can be cancelled with Escape or by clicking away.

What happens next

A credential stops working when revoked or when the account no longer has qualifying Audio access.

Refunds, cancellations and access expiry

Orders, access grants and revenue records remain traceable throughout the payment lifecycle.

A partial refund records a compensating revenue event but normally keeps the remaining order access active.
A fully refunded, cancelled or failed completed order revokes the matching Audio grants automatically.
If that was the account’s last active grant, its private-feed credentials are also disabled.
Timed access ends on the date shown in My Audio Access without deleting the receipt or audit history.
Revocation cannot erase audio that a podcast application already downloaded; remove it from the application when access ends.

What happens next

Original sale and allocation records are never rewritten; compensating records preserve an accountable history.

Understand Audio measurement privacy

Leone Connect measures aggregate feature use so publishing teams can improve the experience.

A playback start, completion, transcript search, connected-book open or offer open increments an episode-level total.
Transcript search terms, bookmark text, private notes and payment destinations are not included.
Reports do not identify a reader and do not describe action totals as unique people.
Signed-in synchronization remains optional and separate from aggregate reporting.
Use the Privacy and Contact routes for questions or a correction request.

What happens next

Readers retain a useful first-party player while authors and publishers receive bounded, privacy-safe publishing signals.

Accessibility, quoting and sharing

The transcript is the accessible public record accompanying the player.

Use keyboard controls supplied by the browser and player.
Read the transcript if sound or video is unavailable.
Check names and quotations against the transcript and connected official profile.
Share the Leone Connect page rather than an uncontextualized media file.
Use the Media Centre enquiry route for press use beyond ordinary linking.

What happens next

The content remains accessible, attributable and connected to its verified source.

Prepare a podcast or video record

Staff prepare records privately and publish only after readiness checks pass.

Create the Podcast or Video record and write the customer-facing title, summary and introduction.
For a podcast, place the audio master in the private approved Google Drive vault, save its file ID or share link, then run Drive verification.
For a video, provide the approved YouTube or Vimeo URL.
Add duration, host, guests, series details and connected book, author or publisher records.
Add a complete transcript and captions resource when available.
Record rights holder, permission reference, permission date and artwork approval.
Publish only when the Public-ready status confirms every requirement.

What happens next

The Drive link and credential stay private; public audio is delivered through Leone Connect. Unready records remain hidden even if mistakenly set to Published.

Review a partner Audio brief

Staff use one queue for author and publisher production requests while preserving the account’s verified scope.

Open Podcasts, then Partner Audio briefs.
Verify the account type, profile, connected book, requested show, customer-facing copy, participants and private notes.
Return an unclear brief with an actionable private note, or confirm the scope and use the second click to prepare draft records.
Open the resulting draft in Creator Studio and complete media, transcript, chapter, rights, approval and distribution work independently.
Keep the episode private until every release requirement and factual acceptance test is complete.

What happens next

The partner request becomes an accountable production starting point without bypassing editorial or release control.

Record launch acceptance evidence

A supported feature is not launch-ready until the relevant production test has factual evidence.

Open Podcasts, then Release readiness as an administrator.
Choose the exact acceptance check and record only a test that actually occurred.
Enter the test date, method, environment, evidence reference and a concise outcome summary.
Use Passed, Failed or Needs follow-up honestly; never include passwords, payment credentials or private listener information.
Export the append-only CSV for launch review. Record a new test instead of trying to replace an earlier failure.

What happens next

Leone Connect retains a traceable acceptance history while publication, payments and media processing remain separate decisions.

Rights and correction boundary

Media publication does not change book rights, publisher ownership or author account control.

Use only approved artwork, names, recordings and visible credits.
Keep the evidence reference private while publishing only customer-safe credits.
Correct the media record and transcript together when a factual error is confirmed.
Remove or restrict media when permission is withdrawn or expires.
Use the official contact route for reuse, licensing or correction questions.

What happens next

The public feature can be corrected without rewriting the underlying official publishing record.

Troubleshooting

If the expected result does not happen

Use the matching recovery step before submitting another request or creating another account.

Audio or video will not play

Reload once, use the transcript and try another current browser. Report the Leone Connect episode page, device and browser; do not request or share the private Drive link.

A completed Audio order is missing from My Audio Access

Confirm that you are signed in to the customer account used for the order, then provide Leone Connect with the order number and product name. Never send card details, a mobile-money PIN or the private-feed address.

A private podcast feed stopped working

Check the access expiry in My Audio Access and whether the credential was rotated or revoked. A full refund, cancellation, failed order or loss of the final qualifying grant disables the feed; downloaded files are not remotely erased.

A Drive podcast file will not verify

Confirm that the audio is inside the approved vault folder, shared only with authorized staff and the service account, downloadable by that account, and saved before verification. Public or domain-wide sharing is rejected.

The transcript or captions are inaccurate

Identify the timestamp, current wording and reliable correction. Leone Connect reviews the media and transcript together.

You want to reuse a recording or quotation

Ordinary linking is different from republication. Use Contact with the media page, intended use, territory, format and requested excerpt.

A connected book, author or publisher is wrong

Request a media-record correction and identify the official Leone Connect record. Media connections never rewrite the underlying catalogue by themselves.
