Sierra Leonean books deserve more than a sales listing. They deserve context, strong presentation and a clear connection to the people and publishers who brought them into the world.
Leone Connect is now opening that door.
Our publishing platform brings books, author profiles, publisher catalogues, interviews, essays and professional publishing services into one connected home. It is built for readers in Sierra Leone, across the diaspora and anywhere people want to discover the country’s literary voices.
For readers: discover the work and the story around it
The Leone Connect Catalogue presents books with clear covers, descriptions, contributor credits, publisher attribution and legitimate purchase routes. From a book page, a reader can continue to an author profile, the publisher of record, a related interview or a thoughtful Journal story.
Readers can also save books, track reading progress and keep private notes in My Library. No account is required, and that personal reading activity stays in the reader’s own browser rather than being sent to Leone Connect or a third party.

For authors: build a professional home for your work
An official Leone Connect author page can bring a biography, books, professional links and approved contact routes together in one place. Authors with a connected account can use a protected workspace to propose corrections and profile updates without changing the public record directly.
Every proposal is reviewed before publication. Creating an account does not guarantee a public profile, book listing or editorial coverage; it creates a professional route into a governed publishing process.

For publishers: bring a catalogue into clearer view
Leone Connect can help a publisher create a consistent public presence across its publisher profile, book pages and connected contributor profiles. Optional services can extend that foundation through catalogue preparation, cover design, interior layout, interviews, launch features and social campaign support.
The publisher remains the publisher of record and keeps control of rights, editions, pricing, availability, sales routes and approval decisions. A Leone Connect partnership does not transfer publishing rights or catalogue authority, and paid promotion never buys a favourable review or unsupported claim.

A focused opening collection
The opening collection is deliberately small and verified. It includes public book and author profiles, the first approved publisher profile, and Journal stories that show how books can be connected to the ideas and people around them.
That focus matters. Leone Connect will not fill the catalogue with incomplete records or publish material simply because a draft exists. New titles, covers, descriptions, excerpts and campaigns are added only when the responsible publisher or author has supplied or approved the relevant material.
One platform, three ways to begin
Whether you are looking for your next book, building an official author presence or preparing a catalogue for wider discovery, Leone Connect offers a clear first-party route.
Rooted in Sierra Leone. Connected to the world.
