Professional services manual
Move from publishing need to governed delivery and receipt.
This guide covers editing, cover design, book layout, catalogue presentation, launch support and other agreed professional services.
Choose and request a service
Start with the public service description, then submit a focused brief.
Leone Connect can assess fit and prepare a realistic scope without guessing.
Review and approve a proposal
The copy-ready proposal is the commercial source of truth.
Both parties have one approved scope before payment or production begins.
Pay through an approved route
Available routes may include PayPal, Orange Money and AfriMoney.
The transaction can be matched to the service order and customer.
Delivery, revisions and closure
Production follows the approved scope and review schedule.
The service closes with a traceable approval and clear deliverables.
Problems, disputes and support
Raise concerns early and reference the agreed commercial record.
Leone Connect can investigate against the proposal, audit history and delivery record.
Troubleshooting
If the expected result does not happen
Use the matching recovery step before submitting another request or creating another account. You have not received a proposal
Confirm that the service brief contains the work, requested outcome, decision-maker and timing. Reference the original enquiry once rather than resubmitting it.
Payment is complete but work has not started
Check that the payment used the proposal reference and wait for reconciliation. Send the provider confirmation reference, never the account password or security code.
A requested change may be outside scope
Compare it with the proposal’s deliverables, exclusions and revision allowance. Leone Connect will clarify whether a revised scope is required.
